Warranty
We are sorry that you encounter a problem, cowzi is committed to your complete satisfaction. We will replace any product that is found to be damaged at time of purchase or to have defects in materials or workmanship within 2 years of original purchase date.

The warranty does not cover:
- Failures caused by over-inflation,
- Wear, tears, cuts and punctures obtained during normal use,
- Fading from exposure to sunlight or weathering,
- Misuse, abuse and neglect,
- Impropre storage,
- Product degradation due to chemicals (e.g. Chlorine, etc.).
In accordance with this warranty, we will:
- Replace the defective component with a new part, or,
- Provide you with a full refund at our discretion.
Buyer is responsible to send the cowzi back to our location in Switzerland when directed to do so.
Refund only applies to new, unopened merchandise and can only be processed within 30-days of purchase. We do not credit for shipping fees either to or from the customer if an item or part is returned.
Refunds will be applied to the purchasing credit card/bank account within 10-14 business days of the date the returned merchandise received.
Please take a few minutes to send us an email to warranty@cowzi.com with the required informations below and try to be as detailed as possible when describing your claim so we can clearly understand the issue and provide an adequate response within 72 hours :
- Name of purchase store or website,
- Date and prove of purchase,
- Reason for return/exchange,
- Clear/legible picture and description of the damage,
- Full name,
- Complete valid address for return,
- Valid telephone number.
Once your information is received, we will send you a notification email indicating how to proceed and if the warranty claim is valid.
